2. By submitting, you agree that no content included in your submission contains vulgar or sexually explicit material.

 

3. By submitting, you agree to allow your submitted photos to be used for elhormiga's exclusive magazine, PRIMITIVE TRAIL, in ways including but not limited to website publication, print publication, and promotional materials. 

 

4. By submitting, you agree not to hold elhormiga or any of its constituents liable for copyright infringement, license infringement, or any other intellectual property infringement.

 

5. Once a PRIMITIVE TRAIL volume or issue is published with your photos, whether electronically or otherwise, you agree that you cannot demand the magazine to be taken down or unpublished, nor claim intellectual ownership or its publishing rights. All rights are retained by elhormiga's owner.

6. By submitting, in the event PRIMITIVE TRAIL is profitable, you agree that you are not owed payment in any form including but not limited to lump sums, royalties, or percentages.  ​
